Kimi has a soft corner for orphan children; whenever she takes a trip to Punjab, she visits “Pingalwarha” in Jalandhar. Many orphans live there, she has immense respect for Punjabi culture and thanks her mother Kamaljit Kaur, father Krishan Kamal and school principle Satinderjit Madam for planting the right values in her, and shaping her personality. She is highly thankful to Manmohan Singh Ji for her achievements in cinema, which couldn’t have been possible without his guidance.
